1. Payment is either via Paypal.com with a 6% CC charge or via International Bank Transfer. In the case of a bank transfer the guest is responsible for both party bank fees.
  2. All currency is stated in USD it is the responsibility of the guest to check the exchange rate at the time of booking.
  3. To confirm your place on an Inner Temple Retreat a deposit of $500 (USD) must be made upon booking.
  4. The full amount for the retreat must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date. If the full payment is not received within this time frame, your booking will be released and your deposit forfeited.
  5. In order to take advantage of the early-bird discount, the balance of the retreat package price must be paid no later than 3 calendar months prior to the retreat start date.
  6. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
  7. All retreat guests must obtain:
    TRAVEL INSURANCE that covers the individual for all medical treatment while travelling abroad. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE which covers the individual or company (in this case Inner Temple Retreat Bali) if a retreat is cancelled by either party.
  8. Proof of insurance will be required prior to participation, as will a signed copy of the Retreat Liability Waiver Form. You can compare plans and get quotes here.
  9. If Inner Temple cancels a retreat, the net total of money paid for the retreat package will be refunded. Inner Temple is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
  10. Inner Temple Retreat offers no cash, cheque or credit card refunds for cancellation or any changes incurred to the booking for any reason (including injury, personal emergencies and political actions).
  11. In the event of the guest’s postponement of a retreat or change of booking to an alternative date, our cancellation policy below applies.

Cancelation Policy

  1. If a guest cancels 3 calendar months prior to the first day of the retreat, 100% of their package will be credited to another retreat week at Inner Temple Retreat, within one year of their original booking
  2. If a guest cancels between 1-3 calendar months of the first day of the retreat, 25% of their payment is forfeited and 75% of their balance is credited to any other date, within one year of their original booking.
  3. If a guest cancels within 1 calendar month of the first day of their retreat 50% is forfeited and 50% is credited to another retreat date.
  4. If a guest cancels within 14 days (2 weeks) of their retreat start date, payment is forfeited in full.
  5. All cancellations must be received in writing via email. Receipt of email must be confirmed by Inner Temple Retreat.
  6. Inner Temple Retreat does not offer discounts, refunds or credits for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while on the retreat.
  7. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend our retreats. Guests under this age may be allowed to attend the retreat provided they are accompanied by a guardian aged 18 years or older and permission has been granted by retreat management.
  8. A retreat reservation is fully transferable to another female over the age of 18, for the same date and package.
  9. The balance of the retreat package is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat starting. To completely secure a spot on this retreat, this must be paid. Reminder emails will be sent to inform you of this.
  10. Terms & Conditions of booking a retreat can change at any time without notice. The current terms & conditions are always applicable.
